Project Summary
The Vodafone EXCO Dashboard was a proposal aimed at streamlining the delivery of essential statistics to C-level executives. Previously, this data was compiled into Excel summaries and shared on a weekly or monthly basis. The new dashboard, with its customizable and responsive design, enables executives to access key financial and numerical insights at a glance, significantly enhancing decision-making efficiency.
For this project, we conducted an in-depth analysis of existing Excel files to fully understand the numerical data and translate it into a streamlined, user-friendly dashboard. This process involved distilling complex information into clear, concise visual summaries for executive-level review.
